We are currently recruiting for a Caretaking Team Leader to join our Estate Services team and help deliver the best housing services in Tower Hamlets Council.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who understands the diverse needs of our community and is committed to delivering the highest standards of customer care.
You will lead a team of estate-based caretakers who are the first point of contact for our residents and will have the drive to deliver a quality and efficient service including:
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of a team of caretakers
- Ensuring estates are clean, safe and well-maintained
- Supporting staff development, wellbeing and performance
- Engaging with residents to resolve concerns and improve satisfaction
- Overseeing inspections, fire safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Allocating resources and equipment effectively to meet service needs
