Key Responsibilities

•            You will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of civil litigation, in particular related to property matters (both commercial and residential) including:

·       breach of lease

·       contentious lease renewals

·       adverse possession claims. 

·       Experience of building safety, as well as other civil litigation work, would be desirable. 

•            You will have excellent drafting skills and an eye for detail.

•            You will be able to conduct your caseload with minimal supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team. 

•            You will provide legal advice to a variety of audiences, including senior officers, and undertake some of your own advocacy, in FTT and County Courts.

 Requirements

You must be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX and hold a current practising certificate, or have substantial experience at lawyer level in the required specialism.
