Mobility Support Team Leader

Tower Hamlets is looking for a talented and enthusiastic candidate to manage an ambitious service of Mobility Support Service. Reporting directly to the Parking Functions Manager. The successful applicant will be passionate Mobility Support Team Leader to manage our Mobility Support Service (blue badge, freedom pass and Taxicards). Lead a dedicated team, ensure excellent service delivery, and drive continuous improvement for those with mobility needs.
We have a strong vision and drive to achieve the best whereby, this will be a challenging but rewarding position at the heart of the council that requires a highly motivated individual used to working in pressurised and political environments at a strategic level. You will have excellent problem solving, communication, diplomacy skills and need to deliver key priorities, working collaboratively with key partners in and out of Tower Hamlets to ensure the best outcomes for the residents, businesses and visitors to the borough.
