We are recruiting 4 x Support Services Officers on a 12 month fixed term contract to work within the Housing Landlord Licensing Support Team. You will be part of the busy project team providing support to housing licensing enforcement team. The main role of the post is to process applications and issue licences for Selective and Additional HMO Licences, carrying out the relevant checks on applications, answering queries from applicants/landlords and taking and checking payments. You will be contributing to the provision of a comprehensive, effective and responsive Support Service to colleagues and clients throughout the directorate to enable the efficient delivery of statutory and non-statutory services
