We have an exciting permanent opportunity available as Community Hub Coordinator within the Community Learning Disability Service. This is a rewarding frontline role to working with users, carers and an integrated health and social care multi-disciplinary team. The team is based at Ronald Street, Commercial Road. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is essential.
